Have you tried the 'Getting Started Guide" ... you'll find it under the Quick Goals on the right side bar on this page.... under the Sparks Recipe section. It can help you gain spark points and get yourself more familiar with the trackers and most of the other features on Sparks People. Hello I am Sage I am a downhome coastal country girl from Atlantic Canada. I am cook, I love horses and wolves. I like to draw, scrapbook and read. I am spring summer kinda girl. My goal is to 35-40 pounds this year. I have set up my plan so I am losing 1 pound a week, a goal that I feel should be dobale for me. I have tried to lose weight many times and have always struggled facing the lose 5 pounds and gain 10 battle. I am now at the heavest weight I have ever been and I refuse to go up anymore in size!
