It is a matter of rethinking - your health and your life style, at the very least.
Find something that lets you live free (to some extent) while curbing your known excesses.
And make sure to keep a note of what works - and what doesn't work.
I'm here, this year, because I intend to lose 1lb per week, each week, this year.
I am still trying to get ready to start!
But I am spreading the word, and so increasing my accountability - and that adds a whole new dimension.
Hopefully my flu and lack of activity will be gone soon, and I will then be able to really get started, and start a proper tracking.
