Hi Nancy, welcome. I am new to this team as well. I have been a member since 2009, but fell by the wayside and returned in 2011 and have had a positive attitude now along with a high potassium problem which helps to keep me on track better. I am looking forward to making it through my days and look for the little good that takes place each day. Thank you members. I hope I can be an asset to this team.

I'm Nancy, got off on a good start on plan, Hubby got sick and is several miles from home in hospital, so my program went by the way side. Hoping to get back on plan today and sticking to it. I know I can do it, at even a pound or less lose, I just need to stay on my program.
