Hi, I have just recently started using Sparkpeople on a regular basis just beginning this week. I am hoping to lose weight slowly be eating healthy and exercising. I have a pretty up and about job that keeps me on the right track with exercise but I wonder if it is too much for one day. Anyways, I would love to become friends through this site with anyone!
