Hi Andy, welcome to the team.
We all have our own definitions of slow. Mine seems to be a weight loss of about 1 pound every 3-4 weeks. But the weight is moving in the right direction, so it can be done. I wish you great success.

be authentically you... it's journey, not a one day hike.
Need to lose weight, however slow it may be (and trust me, it's really slow). Have been seriously concentrating on just moving and that has worked for the last few months but realize that my diet needs an overhaul. Gee, it only took me 3 months to figure that out--talk about slow! Anyway, glad to be here among folks who understand. Looking forward to getting to know you!
