Hello everyone. I am in my early thirties and would like to become stronger and healthier. I'd also like to continue to grow and learn as a person. I've lost weight before by following a strict diet, but have had a hard time keeping off, so I've decided to lose it very slowly. It's too hard to live and be hungry. Hopefully, I can learn healthy habits so being healthy will be like second nature. Life is too short to wait till tomorrow.
