I'm so glad I'm not the only one whose scale is going the wrong way. I'm now at the heaviest point of my life at 231 lbs. I know it's because I didn't keep up with Spark. I'm now reading the book "Spark" and it's inspiring me to start again.
Many of us (maybe most of us?) have lost weight, only to regain it again -- the good thing is, that doesn't mean you can't start over! Take one day at a time, make small changes gradually instead of trying to change everything at once, and find the support and tools you need for success here at Spark People. Dealing with grief can make it very difficult to focus on taking care of yourself - or it can be eased by throwing yourself into finding healthy foods and recipes that you like, exercising to not only become more fit but also to tire your body so that you can sleep better, and interacting with supportive friends. Last Aug I weighed 27 lbs today I weigh 280 slowly going back to the original weight but today I am starting a new day. I read the Grief column on todays page That my biggest problem so it inspired me to try again It's gonna work sometime I live in Boston and love it.
