Welcome to the team! I joined in early September and have lost 7 pounds in 2 months - not really very fast either. I agree with the previous suggestions: keep tracking your calories and your exercise. It's amazing what just that process alone will do. And if one day is a bust, start over the next day. Good luck with your journey.

Hi everyone! I'm fairly new; joined spark back in April. I have lost 12lbs since June, which averages out to 2lbs a month- not the 2lbs per week I often see others losing. I have been tracking here and have been doing the c25K program. I'm hoping some other folks in the same slow boat can help me keep my mojo going.
