Welcome to the group! You are definitely not the only one who struggles with getting the pounds to stay off. There's lots of support here. Just adopt a program and stick with it. Tracking food and activity is easier on Spark than anywhere else I have found. Good luck as you adapt to the program. You're sure to have success!

I understand your frustration. I'm coming up on my 1 year Spark anniversary and I definitely have not lost the weight I had hoped, but if I've learned nothing else, it's to be consistant. All the successful members have said not to give up and to be consistant with you're plan, the rest will follow. I'm counting on the fact that all those people can't be wrong.

After reading THE SPARK and noting all those who lost several pounds in the first two weeks by making a few small changes, I have been very discouraged. I have been logging, exercising daily, and cooking (something I hate doing) and GAINED 2 pounds after a month of consistent effort. So I saw this group. Maybe this is the place for me!
