I gave myself twelve months to lose 30 pounds, a realistic goal for me. Due to the healthy recipes available here, I reached my goal early and am practicing maintenance until 2013. Then I'll set a new goal of 20 pounds in the next twelve months. No hurry, no stress...what happens, happens. By the way, blood test shows normal cholesterol and glucose levels now.
