Thank you, I did see that the emoticon showed up after I posted my message. I appreciate all the kind posts . I know what I need to do & not to give up. I will continue to exercise & eat healthy. Hi, I'm new to slowest loser. I lost 5pds.,but then I gained 2pds. Then, I lost 1 pd. I would like to keep losing.I guess it will get better, or at least I hope so. Also, I don't know why when I try to add an emotion I just get a formula or something. Any suggestions. Thanks
