I'm so glad I found this group. I'm on week 2 of my weightloss and have been repeating to myself over and over, "slow and steady...slow and steady...' so when I found this group it immediately clicked! My goal is to lose 100 lbs. (a nice round number) total, but this time I want to do it the right way with exercise and nutrition. I'm also training for a 5K. Sparkpeople has been a big help!
