I have been on a plateau all summer. I keep telling myself that I am where I am suppose to be and I don't track for a while. But there is a little voice inside of me that says"you can do it!" "Keep tracking, walk that extra 1/2 mile" So I do. we can so it. It might be slow, but we can do it. That's why we are on the slowest looser team.

I believe hitting the plateau is quite normal. I hit one early on and it just won't budge. I think there are some changes I need to make, but I'm not really committed to making them yet. I know I will be though. Just preparing my head for it.

There's no reason to quit. Cause you can only quit if you're on a diet. This is suppose to be a lfestyle change. Like other things in life, it's not always a smooth ride. So you've hit a bump in the road. Choose to go over it, or around it, just keep going. Besides, if you quit, where will that get you????

I find myself getting frustrated! I started out fresh 2 months ago and was excited when I dropped 28 lbs! But now, my weight loss has come to a screeching halt! I am experiencing more stress, and I guess this could be contributing. But I refuse to give up! Visiting Sparkpeople each day is definitely encouraging me to stay strong. I just have to keep telling myself, "I am worth it!"
