I am pleased with losing my 11 pounds since January 27th. The last time I tried WW, I was losing ¼ pound a week...didn't take me long to give up. Since my focus is now on health, not appearance, my committment is much stronger. I am learning so much about nutrition here and plan on establishing a life long healthy eating plan.
We are in the same situation so much to loose. Like you 1lb a week is still 52lb a year and although a long hard slog in 2 years it will be gone. Loosing slower means less risk of flabby skin also, so I have read.
A long way to go but keep plodding along, day by day.
