You know if you told me you had a 10 pound loss in a week I'd be really worrying about you!! That is NOT a safe way to lose weight. I am totally in love with the Spark way - losing weight slowly by making lifestyle changes, not by dieting! Eat less sugar (i.e. EAT, but eat the right stuff) and exercise a little more - that will take you where you want to be. I'm sorry about your health issues, but exercise and weight loss will I KNOW help with Fibromyalgia and I suspect will help with your other issue (which I am not familiar with.) Welcome to our team!!

Hi Danielle and welcome to the team. Sometimes I think this team should be called The Biggest Fluctuater (sp?). At least that is how it works for me. I may be down a pound one day and up two the next and down 2 the next and up one following that. I initially lost weight quickly, but got stuck on my 5 lbs. from goal for months. That is okay. I am eating better and I exercise now, and that is a huge thing for me. Best of luck to you.

Hi, I'm new to the slowest looser. I found it refreshing to find a forum to the safe healthy way to lose weight. I get discouraged easy, because I have several health problems including Fibromyalgia and Metabic syndrome and losing weight isn't easy for me. I work hard and have the determination but Im an inch loser. I need to know quit often that its omay I didnt have a 10 pound weight loss week like they do on that biggest looser show. I needed to hear my 1lb loss is great, and Im looking forward to being apart of this group.
