Hi and welcome to the team. I joined SP a few times before I got serious with it. I am sure that I am not the first or the last. Good luck with your goals. You can do it. Yes, being away of just how many calories are in some of our "treats" is a huge eye opener.

Hi! I'm StellaDi! =D. I set up my site a couple years ago & am just now getting started. I have been doing MANY things to improve my life, except tackle the weight. I weigh over 200 lbs & want to weigh 150 lbs. Using the food tracker I found out a cup of "Christmas Cheer" (egg nog) is 400 cal!!! O_O. That was an eyeopener! Thanks for listening. Happy New Year!
