Hi Erin and welcome. I also love the concept of slow and easy. So many of my work colleagues over the last couple of years lost weight fast, and most have gained it all back. I do not want to be like that. I have since November lost about 20 pounds. That is sure not very many pounds a week/month. But I feel great. I beleive I am making lifestyle changes and I know I can still with these changes. Good luck and hope to hear more from you soon.

Hi there! I'm Erin and I am somewhat new to SP and very new to this team. I was really attracted to the overall philosophy of slow, permanent weightloss. I am more active than most people would assume given my size, but I offset the calorie burn with lots of good food and drink.

I'm looking for a good (and convenient) way to track all my incoming and outgoing calories, but really like the support I have found on SP as a bonus.
