I guess b\c seeing the muscle outlines would be awesome for me. I only see them when flexed :0). A smaller dress size may work....I'd actually be thrilled to lose my dunlap..as in my belly dunlapped over my pants! As for our exercises, we do change them up everyday and I work out with 3 other women (all in\out as their work schedule permits), so it is fresh. Just started to amp up the cardio, which I've been lax on. Saw an immediate loss, but only 2lb...but a start, right?

Change just one little thing this week and next week add on another! Use the support of sp and go into a challenge. The support here is wonderful and keep coming back! It will work if you work on it! Good luck!

why dont you find something else to look foward to other than the muscle outlines on your body. you already see them. try getting a smaller size dress when your out shopping, and find something healthier to snack on to keep your blood sugars level and feeling fuller longer. also a different exercise then the ones your used to.
I'm amazed at how many newbies are out there with me!!! I'm sorta new. Joined sparks in 2009 w\ a resolution to finally take this off..only to come back two years later. I finally updated info etc and figured out how to used all the trackers. I have been struggling to lose 20-25 lb for 7 years (the birth of my last baby)..and subsequent hysterectomy...which I blame for my struggles. It's an easy thing to blame, but truth is it's my snacking that kills me. I am an avid execiser, doing very hard things...but I am a sabateur as well....so need, somehow, someway to find a balance. If I actually took this weight off, I'd be able to see cuts in my muscles, (like I do when I am lifting)...why is that not motivation? I don't know. It has been my struggle for 7 years. Any help, motivation would be so much appreciated! Let me motivate you too!
