Welcome, honey! Believe me, losing weight (and don't forget the inches!) is better if done slowly...tends to stay off better! And it will stay off better using the tools here and always doing what the advice tells you...baby steps, more water and sleep, tracking...and figuring your treats in so you don't feel deprived. Somewhere here I read of the 80/20 rule: 80% of our intake should be nutritious...20% of our allotment can be whatever we love...
