to our team and I recommend you start with one small goal for the week and work at it each day. Then if you are successful add one more new small goal like eating one more fruit or veggie each day. Small and steady steps will get you on the path to consistency. There are lots of support, articles, and good tips to help you find the answers you have been seeking to make your lifestyle healthy and not some fad diet.
Welcome, honey! Believe me, losing weight (and don't forget the inches!) is better if done slowly...tends to stay off better! And it will stay off better using the tools here and always doing what the advice tells you...baby steps, more water and sleep, tracking...and figuring your treats in so you don't feel deprived. Somewhere here I read of the 80/20 rule: 80% of our intake should be nutritious...20% of our allotment can be whatever we love...

I hope you are under a Dr.'s care for the depression. Good luck and if you are diligent and get moving a little more all the time you will be sucessful. Track your food, exercise and take part in general accumulation of pts.

I just finished what seems like the hardest week of my life. I'm headed into the 2nd week of my lifestyle change. GRANDCRACKER brought this team to my attention. I'm having trouble making small changes, but I have been making them. Due to arthritis and depression, I'm not going to be able to lose weight as fast as others, so I'm glad that this team exists.
