I found this board featured in one of the daily blogs and it sounded right up my alley. I've been trying for the past 3 years to lose the weight I gained while I was pregnant. My highest weight while pregnant was 225 lbs. and I'm now at 176-ish. I have a good 41-ish pounds to go to my goal weight. The lowest I've been since having my daughter is 172 lbs. But I gained 11 lbs of that through the transition of going from one job to another and then I've lost 7 lbs. in 4 months.
I'm hoping that I can quicken the pace to a normal pace, but I need support in getting there.
I'm a mom of 1 DD and I work full time and I'm the primary parent for my DD so I have a lot of responsibilities and not so much time.
