Randy and on waving bye bye to those first 20 lbs. Just work on staying consistent with your calorie intake, water, and exercise and the results will come back. Small steady steps and don't forget to try something new when it comes to exercise every 6 weeks or so to keep your body guessing- same goes with meals. It will combat boredom and keep it fresh. Hi Randy! Welcome to the team. Unfortunately the first pounds go quicker than the last ones. When I started trying to lose weight this time, the first 65 pounds went easily and quickly. Then I yoyoed in a 20 pound range. When I tired of that I found SP. They have been a lifesaver. It is slow but I now have "only"50 more pounds to go. See you on the threads. Hi Randy, I hear you and I think that is a common thing. I also was a lot more into it at first but am not surprised that I have stalled as well. I can only keep on trucking and I do. I always drink my 8 glasses of water, and I am a great exerciser. But I do love to eat. I am eating healthier now but too much as usual. I have stalled but not put any on so I will kick myself into gear again and soon be on the downward track. Good luck and keep in touch. Gina

Welcome Randy! I am in the same boat with a 100 lb weight loss, and I am from Minnesota too! I am giving myself til Spring 2012 to get there though. No sense rushing these things LOL! As you can see by my ticker I am on a very slow path to success. At least I am heading in the right direction.
Keep up the good work! We are all here to help if you need it. Just post and you will get lots of responses!
