Welcome to the team. I think with reading the various article that complement your goals, and use the tools available here on Spark....you could have a good plan up and running within a week. Plans have a tenancy to be flexible and need fin tuning however. I have bee fine tuning mine over a year but the basic plan is still in place. Hi! My name is Michelle and I am turning 40 this year. I have been overweight most of my life (and obese for the last several years). I love that there is a team focused on slow weight loss! I decided this year to rethink the way I have been approaching changes to my lifestyle. In the past I have tried to change everything overnight, or I start slow, show some success and feel like I can make big changes, then I run into trouble. This year I am focusing on taking things very slowly, only making small changes each week. At my current pace it will take me about 20 weeks to have my complete fitness & nutrition plan in place. But that's ok because my main goal is to be healthier and happier. I know that the weightloss will come, but I'm ok with it coming slowly.
