Changing a lifestyle can be a slow learning process. I have been at this for 11 months and still wrestle with several areas. I look at bad food choices as an addiction. Many cravings will still be there because we are born with wanting food to satisfy our wants. We just have to learn to manage our cravings. It is a slow process that need consistency.
I joined this team as I feel it represents my views on loosing weight and becoming healthier. I believe you need to change from within on top of cutting calories and exercising more.
I have been on the spark site for a couple of months now and renewed my quest for lifelong health and weight loss about 3 months ago... I have only lost about 5 lbs so far... but I am learning a lot and changing my habits slowly but surely!
