Hi Chuck! to the Slowest Losers team You've made amazing progress since you started the same time as me and I cannot claim such an impressive weight loss. I agree it takes a daily determination and dedication to make the healthier choices and work that exercise in.

My name is Chuck from Oregon and new to the team but not new to Spark. I joined in Jan. 2010. I set my goal right away and have been consistent in reaching the majority of my nutrition and fitness goals. My starting weight was 277 lbs. and currently, as of this morning, 219 lbs. I still have a lot of work ahead of me as I want to lose another 29 lbs by the end of Dec. 2010. If I miss my goal I will not feel bad since I have lost a lot of weight this year and eating healthier. I have learned many good habits, but I realize they need constant tending.
