Slowest loser..that's me. It has taken me over 3 years to drop almost 150 pounds. I'm still not done. I just joined SP a little over a week ago and I am loving it here! I hope to shed at least 50 more ,at least that my goal for now. I lost my first huge amount of weight doing the Biggest loser work out dvd. Now I also go to the gym along with that.I'm still dropping slowly but dropping slow is still dropping! I am glad there is a team based on taking your time..you know what they say..good things come to those who wait(and workout..and watch what they eat!!!!)
