Happened upon the sparkblog today and thought that getting involved in this kind of team would be very good for me. I am a type A personality TO THE MAX! So the fact that I can't make myself lose weight NOW is difficult for me. Now, logic would say that since my BMI is just fine and my BF% is in a good range, that I should chill and focus on being happy and healthy, but as a former cross country and track runner, it is difficult for me to see my body not in peak condition.
So...long story short, I started the same .5 lbs per week goal myself two weeks ago. Hoping that lowering the bar on expectations online would transfer to my mind as well. Here's hoping.

so I got rid of my weight goals, because as I am lifting, my weight is going up, but my body fat % is going down, so I don't want to discourage myself from being healthy...body fat % goals will be coming soon!
