Welcome to the team! I have realized along my journey that everyday is a new day, and if you get hung up on one day of not eating right, then you will give up. I just make better choices the next day, if I ate bad the day before! If you feel you have to have a dessert, have it! Just try and cut out a little bit in one of your meals during your day, so you don't go over what your calories and fat are for the day! Don't deprive yourself too much, or it will make it harder to stick with your plan! You can do this!! We are all here to support you! I just joined this team a couple of days ago, and love the support!! I have been with SP since 2008 and love it! Keep it up, and you will see results!
