Hi, Larry! Welcome!
Your problem sounds like it may be sodium...a common problem in the summer, when we exercise in the heat and then crave salty food or drink gatorade. Just a suggestion.
Have you tried tracking your sodium intake? You can do it with your other nutrients on the "My nutrition" page. I found that mine fluctuated wildly from day to day, and it has helped to know so I can choose food better.

Hi, I am Larry and new to the team. I live in central Illinois. I can take off 5-6 lbs a week and think I am ahead of the game, but over the next week I can put on the 5-6 plus some. I have been in this cycle for quite some time.

Hi, I am new here to this team. I consider myself a slow loser because I have many plataus. I would lose 2 or 3 lbs. then I would yo-yo for a couple months then lose 2 or 3 lbs again. Seems like the only time I lose more is when I eat alot of fruits and veggies. I guess I have done pretty good, I have lost 30 lbs. since I joined SP a year and a half ago. emoticon
