to the team. Check out Chia Seeds they help with blood sugars among other things and have them everyday and has made huge difference in my blood sugars. Also have you tried anything like the Budwig Sauce this is really good on fresh fruit and it might be beneficial as well. You just take 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1-2 tablespoons of Organic Flax Oil and Kefir (any flavor) and blend till creamy. I put it over strawberries and blueberries this time of year.

My name is Glenda and I live in Colorado. I have been fighting the "Battle of the Bulge" ever since I can remember. I don't think the problem is that I can't lose. It's that I won't lose - in other words stay on my eating program. I think I am desperately looking for a place to fit in.
I am starting back (again) on the WW program. I can't afford the meetings, so will be doing it on my own at home. I am an insulin dependent diabetic that doesn't take care of my blood sugar like I should. I also have COPD and am on oxygen 24/7.
