Hello everyone: After reading the blogs the past few weeks, I just today discovered that there was a slowest loser team. And I decided to join.
When I first joined Spark, that was my goal. I know me and how much I enjoy food. I *knew* that not eating would not work for me. That's how I became a slow loser. Basically, I wanted the both of best worlds. And I feel like I have made a good compromise for myself. I've lost 30+ pounds since the middle of February. As long as I lose a 1/2 pound a week, I'm happy!
Now I've prattled on. I'm glad to be here and am looking forward to getting to know all of you.
