Hi, I've been a fast starter and then a quick quitter when the pounds didn't continue to come off, or worse went up. That is why I want to be on this team...slow and steady wins the race, and it will help me stay on the race course for the whole race! I'm here to make it all the way to the finish line. I'll post something everyday to help keep me on the track and moving forward.
