Good to hear your surgery was a success and your positive attitude about getting back to it. It's very encouraging! Just one step at a time, they all make a difference. Doesn't matter that we're not first, just that we're in the race :)

A week ago I had surgery to remove endometrial cancer. All the cancer is gone and now I am back to Sparking at a slow pace. It will take some time to get back to a normal pace but yesterday I put my pedometer back on and today I actually have 15 minutes of cardio steps. They are slow steps but I feel great just to see them registered. I want to do this slow and know that the loss is due to my hard work and not the cancer making a comeback. Thank you for this team. I can't compete with the speed of other Sparks and I don't want the guilt of not being able to keep up. I love being able to congratulate myself on just being on the journey. Nola
