I have 2 suggestions:
* a weekly quote would be nice, sent out by Sparkmail - it could be a Popeye quote or something about bridgebuilding, etc that's relevant
* A challenge every two months, but something meaningful...I've enjoyed reading the Spark challenges where you do something every day for a month to achieve an end goal...eating healthier, beating stress, etc. We as the team members can post a little update on our blogs every week on how we're doing. My favourite is the 31 days to a healthier diet plan...I'd like to start that next week, so maybe that's a good benchmark.
