Secondly - a suggestion for challenges? Maybe challenge the group to do one new exercise activity a week - consistently for seven days. For instance, I don't "do" lunges. So maybe I would choose to do a set of lunges one day per week for 7 days. ???

For now, you might try using the team "fun" goal of getting DLEE to Edmonton as that added push you are seeking...maybe make it a personal goal of yours to be the team leader in miles...you'll have your work cut out for you though...a few members are really going strong...JOYINKY already has 10 miles!!!
Rest assured...we'll have plenty of exercise challenges coming your way...
Always looking for ways to motivate my feet...so any walking or workout challenges would be great for me. I don't know about anyone else but sometimes saying, "Ooh...gotta push one more mile out so I can report it to my team!" keeps me going.

* a weekly quote would be nice, sent out by Sparkmail - it could be a Popeye quote or something about bridgebuilding, etc that's relevant
* A challenge every two months, but something meaningful...I've enjoyed reading the Spark challenges where you do something every day for a month to achieve an end goal...eating healthier, beating stress, etc. We as the team members can post a little update on our blogs every week on how we're doing. My favourite is the 31 days to a healthier diet plan...I'd like to start that next week, so maybe that's a good benchmark.
Please let me know what you would like to get out of belonging to this team...what, if any, kind of challenges, etc. I really want this to be a team that is utilized to the MAX...fullfilling all your needs to establish and maintain a healthy lifestyle. What do you need? What do you want? Let me know, and I will try my best to provide you with it!!
