I want to stick to my nutrition plan.
2. What kind of exercises are you doing today?
Walking, wall pushups.
3. What was a challenge for you yesterday?
I wanted to emotionally eat all day.
4. Did you reach yesterday's goals?
Yep! My goal was to keep moving forward and not to give up. And I did it! I'm still fighting!
5. Can we help you with any road blocks your currently experiencing?
I have really wanted to give up all week. Every day has been a struggle. I've made the decision that giving up IS NOT an option. Please send positive vibes and happy thoughts my way to cheer me on and help me keep my promise to myself!
