stay consistent with this week's goal

none is scheduled but I'm going to take a 30min walk on my lunch break

rain! i was going to walk at the park, since it was storming I did some fun fitness in home with Leslie Sansone and Spark!

keep increasing water/calcium intake and get some fitness minutes

going walking in the park...wheww i cant wait to enjoy that fall weather! emoticon emoticon

binge eating and a eating plan

yes I got in my calcium and water

trying to do thie 60min billy blanks dvd straight through and it was my 1st time doing it and working out in months

yes, finally got in some fitness im so proud of myself emoticon

To get some sort of strength training done.

2. What kind of exercises are you doing today?
I'm going to do a DVD - either taebo or zumba

3. What was a challenge for you yesterday?
Not eating more at dinner time

4. Did you reach yesterday's goals?
Yes I jogged/walked 2 miles :)

5. Can we help you with any road blocks your currently experiencing?
I don't think I have any at the present time :)

Howdy, yall! Just checking in for Thursday, Oct 7th:

1. What are your goals for today?
I want to stick to my nutrition plan.

2. What kind of exercises are you doing today?
Walking, wall pushups.

3. What was a challenge for you yesterday?
I wanted to emotionally eat all day.

4. Did you reach yesterday's goals?
Yep! My goal was to keep moving forward and not to give up. And I did it! I'm still fighting!

5. Can we help you with any road blocks your currently experiencing?
I have really wanted to give up all week. Every day has been a struggle. I've made the decision that giving up IS NOT an option. Please send positive vibes and happy thoughts my way to cheer me on and help me keep my promise to myself!
