Okay here's my information 10/6/10

1. What are your goals for today?
To eat healthy 2c veggies and protein @ every meal

2. What kind of exercises are you doing today?
Zumba 1hr and treadmill 30 mins

3. What was a challenge for you yesterday?
Getting thur kickboxing class

4. Did you reach yesterday's goals?
Yeah...eating was good and kickboxing 45 mins

5. Can we help you with any road blocks your currently experiencing?
Not @ the moment



I decided...I made and commitment.... Now I am claiming it!!!!!!!

Not give up. Keep moving forward.

2. What kind of exercises are you doing today?
I walked a little (only about 10 mins) and did wall pushups.

3. What was a challenge for you yesterday?
My TOM hormones making me burst into tears for no reason every few minutes.

4. Did you reach yesterday's goals?
Um, kind of. I didn't completely fall apart, so I consider that a victory.

5. Can we help you with any road blocks your currently experiencing?
Not sure. I'm just plugging along trying not to give up.
