Not give up. Keep moving forward.
2. What kind of exercises are you doing today?
I walked a little (only about 10 mins) and did wall pushups.
3. What was a challenge for you yesterday?
My TOM hormones making me burst into tears for no reason every few minutes.
4. Did you reach yesterday's goals?
Um, kind of. I didn't completely fall apart, so I consider that a victory.
5. Can we help you with any road blocks your currently experiencing?
Not sure. I'm just plugging along trying not to give up.
