Eat within my calorie range (1500 - 1800)
Keep focused even though I feel unmotivated.
2. What kind of exercises are you doing today?
Walk at lunch, wall pushups
3. What was a challenge for you yesterday?
I was emo and weepy (almost that TOM), and I just wanted comfort foods.
4. Did you reach yesterday's goals?
I didn't really set any yesterday, other than to keep the eating down to a reasonable amount. I went a little overboard with pizza last night, but all in all, I did pretty good.
5. Can we help you with any road blocks your currently experiencing?
Not really...I feel inexplicably sad and emo today (well, it's almost TOM, so I do know why I feel like this.) When it's hormones, I just kind of have to wait it out.
