strength training i.e-stability ball,resistance bands, weights

3. What was a challenge for you yesterday?
went wayyy over my calories

4. Did you reach yesterday's goals?
no could have done more fitness and been under my calories

stay focused!!!

1. What are your goals for today?

Eat within my calorie range (1500 - 1800)
Keep focused even though I feel unmotivated.

2. What kind of exercises are you doing today?

Walk at lunch, wall pushups

3. What was a challenge for you yesterday?

I was emo and weepy (almost that TOM), and I just wanted comfort foods.

4. Did you reach yesterday's goals?

I didn't really set any yesterday, other than to keep the eating down to a reasonable amount. I went a little overboard with pizza last night, but all in all, I did pretty good.

5. Can we help you with any road blocks your currently experiencing?

Not really...I feel inexplicably sad and emo today (well, it's almost TOM, so I do know why I feel like this.) When it's hormones, I just kind of have to wait it out.

finish homework that is due tonight
get my water intake
eat some veggies and fruit instead of junk

if any i may do some strength...monday's are my busy days so i normally dont exercise

my mood: lazy/TOM started

4. Did you reach yesterday's goals?
no!

mood swings... getting motivated!
