1. What are your goals for today? Put the healthy things in my mouth instead of the unhealthy Get housecleaning done
2. What kind of exercises are you doing today? I've still got this horrid cold, so I'm cutting back on what I'd usually do. But I have done an hour of heavy cleaning and I'm planning on getting some strength exercises in today too.
3. What was a challenge for you yesterday? Being sick. I wanted comfort food so badly.
4. Did you reach yesterday's goals? Not really. I wanted to work out more than I did. But some, like what I ate, worked pretty well.
5. Can we help you with any road blocks your currently experiencing? Just being there for me to vent when I'm frustrated is a great help!
