i've followed a plant-based vegan diet for 4 years now since reading the china study. was vegetarian/flexitarian for several years before that. lost weight when we first switched to vegan eating, but since then the usual up and down of 5-10 lbs that i have decided are going to go - now.
i've gotten back to running now that the snow has finally melted, and try to get out 30 miles a week in a combination of running and walking. a border collie helps make sure i do this:-)
