Hi, I just joined the team and looking forward to doing some serious stress busting. I seem to be very good at one thing and that's worrying; which definitely doesn't help my stress levels. I started therapy two years ago to try and reduce stress and now I worry about my therapist as well as!
Health concerns have been an issue for the last few years which has increased the stress and the worry and in turn the stress has led to more health concerns so I need to find a way to break the cycle. Hoping this challenge will be a help
