Hello, good morning! I am so happy to have found this board. I am a single mom of three kids, Annie is 10, Obie is 6, and Lily is 3. My oldest is overweight (as am I), but has been really doing awesome in eating some of the healthy foods I've been making--I am really pleased with that because she normally likes a very bland diet and not much veggies. My other two are are healthy weights, but need a more varied diet and we all need more exercise.
I have struggled my whole life with weight and food, although I have had my extended moments of being very healthy. My goals are healthy eating, right portions, upping exercise and improving overall health. Looking forward to whatever this forum will bring!
