Learning something new is a challenge for me.
I do best learning at my own pace.
Small steps add up to big changes.

Hi Debbie

Try not to get overwhelmed with making lots of big changes. Even doing small things (like cutting down on the number of sodas you're drinking or swapping one unhealthy snack for a healthy one) can make a difference and give you the momentum to make bigger changes. Maybe it would help to think of 2 things you can do today to get moving in the right direction?

Good luck!

I am lazy and get frustrated with starting a new way of eating. It takes time and effort. I think I need some motivation and then once I start there is no stopping me. I just have to start!!!

Any encouragement? Please send my way.
