Welcome! I have been on SP for one year now myself and am not big on cooking either but SP has helped my change that. I had started out on my own several years ago by making a few simple changes- using lean meats such as lean turkey instead of hamburger, eating more fish, and smaller portions more than anything. There is a SP recipe site with lot of good healthy ideas if you haven't discovered it yet. It took me a while to get a hang of everything you can do on this site. Good luck!
Hi there, I am new here. I am trying to adopt a healthier lifestyle as I progress through my 40s. I am also a cancer survivor and want to put nothing but good stuff in my body. I lost around 45lbs in the last three years and I want to lose another 40lbs. I am not a good cook so often I eat out. I really am very tired of eating out, because I can't ever find veggies. Plus I will be getting married in the Fall and I'd like to be able to cook good healthy feels for my fiance and I-he's a good cook. Yep, I need help to accomplish these goals! :)
