This week has been pretty good. With food already prepared, just have to heat and eat. It was difficult today because of co-workers and the Valentine candy. I tried to resist but fell pry to a Hersey's kiss. Before I knew it, I'd eaten all 5 pieces! It was a good thing in a way. I don't have the temptation waiting on me, taunting me. I got back on track right away. Stayed within my caloric range and feel good about that. It's all about choices, good and bad. Just get back on track and press forward.
Hi, my name is Carol. I'm just returning to Sparks after 7 years to find my way back to a fit life. I had reached my goals and maintained until a year ago and managed, through the stresses of life, put the weight back on. I lost my motivation and now have vowed to get fit and stay fit. I'm having to retrain myself to eating properly and to get moving. I look forward to being apart of Sparks again.
