You just have to be really careful to stick to calorie intake and exercise. Its too easy to slip into old habits , but l weigh myself every week and make absolutely sure my new smaller clothes fit properly and enjoy my new found fabulous figure and confidence, lol

I started SP last July and lost 2 stones in about 3 months. The food tracking is really useful and the fitness tracker makes me get out there moving. I'm now on maintenance which l find a challenge but l'm sticking with it. If l can do it, anyone can.
I started off the same way last September. Once I started really utilizing the community and tools, that is when the magic started. Also, for $8.00 a month I hold myself accountable with the spark coach every day.

I actually joined SP last September, but I haven't been very active in the community and haven't lost much weight. I have actually gained! I'm hoping this challenge will help me organize my meals and be proactive rather than just reacting when I feel hungry! The small steps should help me reach my goal....
