Hi, My name is Linda, I'm 59 years old and have been working at getting back to a healthy weight seriously since Christmas 2012. I've just discovered SparkPeople, and am trying to figure out how this system works. So far - my weight loss program has consisted of mostly fruit and some veggies. The weight has been responsive, but I know I want to incorporate grains and things back into my everyday fare. I've enjoyed the light feeling of these last two months, and have decided to try to extend my cooking abilities along vegan lines. I've seen so many interesting things that just seem like I could do this! I've accepted this challenge so that I must work to make my goal of living healthy a reality. I'm looking forward to following how we all do with this.
