This is only my second post - so I am definitely new here. I already focus on cooking and eating healthier. I still have more to learn - but we changed our eating lifestyle about 5 years ago and it has become habit (at least at home). My biggest struggle is when I am out and about with the kids. I hate getting everyone out of the car - especially when time is a concern - but anything you get without getting out of the car is definitely not healthy. I need to come up with unique ways to get something healthier for us - without creating too much extra time or trouble - it's a work in progress.
Anyway - I'm hoping to learn a thing or two here - and perhaps share and idea here or there. I look forward to seeing you!
