Thanks! Right now my biggest issue is, like I said, breakfast and lunch. For example I am currently sipping on a slim fast shake because I have no clue what to do to make a healthy "to go" breakfast. I did by some Heart Smart Bisquik last night so I am hoping I can make and freeze somepancakes or something. Lunch is another issue but I havn't figured that one out either. It has to be eatable at a desk, heated in a microwave, and healthy.... I am at a complete loss.
The path I chose to take is my own... join me and walk beside me or get out of my way!
