Thanks! Right now my biggest issue is, like I said, breakfast and lunch. For example I am currently sipping on a slim fast shake because I have no clue what to do to make a healthy "to go" breakfast. I did by some Heart Smart Bisquik last night so I am hoping I can make and freeze somepancakes or something. Lunch is another issue but I havn't figured that one out either. It has to be eatable at a desk, heated in a microwave, and healthy.... I am at a complete loss.

The path I chose to take is my own... join me and walk beside me or get out of my way!

Every pound lost and every step taken is dedicated to my kids! Especially my sweet daughter.

Hi, I'm babygirl... it reminds me of why I began the weight loss journey... again. This is my first challenge and I am actually excited. I just spend half my lunch hour surfing recipe options on Sparkpeople. My issue isn't cooking, it's knowing what to cook and making what I can cook fit into my lifestyle. I think this will be a great challenge. emoticon
