My name is Cristy, and I'm 37, happily married for seven years, and my husband and I are the proud parents of four rescued dogs, two Lab mixes and two American Eskimos. I work for a husband-wife team that own several small businesses and am their accountant/human resources/IT and many other resources' person.

I'm joining this challenge to get me & my hubby back in the habit of eating healthy at home, and cooking healthy tasty meals for ourselve. I am also seeking to inspire myself to plan meals more often rather than on the fly type of meals that are often unhealthy! We don't plan currently and I know we waste grocery money that way.
