You already have such a great attitude. You should do well with one dayat a time, one pound at a time.
WELCOME ABOARD. As stated earlier, you have chosen the right starting place. Be active in SP as it really helps. At least that is my experience.
Happy New Year.

You are definitely in the right place......

I'm Nicki. I had a baby in August and I'm working to get into shape. I want to live healthier and just show my daughters that they don't have to go down this road. I've always been an emotion eater and I would like to put my emotions into something productive. A year ago I quit smoking after ten years, so if I could do that I know I can do this! One day at a time, right??
Also any support helps, as my husband is one of those I'm going to eat a box of chocolates in front of you while you work out types of guys, not to mention not gaining a pound. Although, he does tell me I'm doing good, just not a lot of interest in my goals. So excited to continue my journey and buy all new clothes when I get there!
