I'm Nicki. I had a baby in August and I'm working to get into shape. I want to live healthier and just show my daughters that they don't have to go down this road. I've always been an emotion eater and I would like to put my emotions into something productive. A year ago I quit smoking after ten years, so if I could do that I know I can do this! One day at a time, right?? Also any support helps, as my husband is one of those I'm going to eat a box of chocolates in front of you while you work out types of guys, not to mention not gaining a pound. Although, he does tell me I'm doing good, just not a lot of interest in my goals. So excited to continue my journey and buy all new clothes when I get there!
