Hi I am Paula and embarking on a new healthy eating programme. I have been diagnosed with PCOS nad need to get to grips with eating a low Gi diet that will be for keeps. So here I am learning new ways to adopt healthy eating plans that will stay with me. I live in England so some things will be a lttle different on my shopping list but it will be a healthy list just the same.
